This course provides an overview of the central concepts of innovation and change management in a combination of lectures, case studies (mini-cases), exercises and practical presentations and uses numerous examples to show how they are implemented in practice.
Learning objectives
1. To gain the analytical competencies and problem-solving skills to understand the mechanisms of the innovation process and the process of business model building and transformation. 2. To learn models, tools and methods to manage innovation within Startups and established organizations. 3. To develop critical and analytical reasoning about firms’ innovation management capacity. 4. To learn models and tools to manage the change linked to innovation.
Die Schweizerische Agentur für Akkreditierung und Qualitätssicherung (AAQ) sucht engagierte Studierende, die als Gutachter:in an der Akkreditierung des Studiengangs Pharmazie der ETH Zürich teilnehmen möchten.
Ihre Aufgabe: Gemeinsam mit einem Team aus vier Gutachtenden prüfen Sie, ob der Studiengang die gesetzlichen Vorgaben erfüllt. Das Engagement umfasst:
Lektüre der relevanten Unterlagen
Teilnahme an der Vor-Ort-Visite (Dauer: 1.5 Tage)
Unterstützung beim Verfassen des Akkreditierungsberichts
Sie werden durch die Projektleitung AAQ für das Mandat geschult (Zeitaufwand ca. 1h)
Honorar: Pauschal CHF 1’200.-
Termin der Vor-Ort-Visite an der ETH Zürich: 8. und 9. September 2025
Wichtig: Sie können nicht Gutachter:in für einen Studiengang sein, in dem Sie selbst immatrikuliert sind.

In Zusammenarbeit mit der UB haben wir eine Übersicht über Literatur erstellt, die im Bachelor und Master Pharmazie relevant ist. Vieles davon ist auch direkt online verfügbar.
Die Zusammenstellung ist «work in progress», es lohnt sich also, immer mal wieder reinzuschauen. Wir diese Zusammenstellung ist für Sie hilfreich und wünschen Ihnen viel Spass beim Stöbern.
Die aktive Teilnahme am Workshop-Tag ist Pflicht. Falls Sie aus Krankheitsgründen verhindert sind bitte ich um vorgängige Abmeldung. Falls Sie Erkältungssymptome haben nehmen Sie bitte mit einer FFP2-Maske am Workshop teil.

Course format: In-person sessions at the Innovation Garage, Kreuzstrasse 4, 4123 Allschwil
Schedule: Startup Weekend on 28th-30th of March, regular sessions on Tuesdays from 18th of March – 13th of May, 16:30 – 19:30 & Final Presentation on 22nd of May, 16:30 – 19:30.

ECT credits and registration:
Application deadline: February 28th 2025
This is a masters’ course, and no prerequisites are required. Upon successful completion of this course, students receive 3 ECTS. Students are responsible for checking whether the ECTS of this course are credited to their study program. The number of participants is limited (max. 30) and participants will be selected based on their “application”.

Your name, study major, number of completed semesters, and matriculation number.
Your knowledge/background in entrepreneurship.
A short motivation statement explaining why you are interested in participating.

Selected participants will be confirmed via email by March 4, 2025. After confirmation, students can enroll through the Online Services (services.unibas.ch).
Eucor-Students and mobility students of other Swiss Universities or the FHNW first have to register at the University of Basel BEFORE the start of the course and receive their login data by post (e-mail address of the University of Basel). auf ADAM finden Sie im Ordner Health Care die Vorlage für ein Ernährungsprotokoll. Bitte füllen Sie es während einer Woche aus und bringen es zur Sitzung am 24. Januar 2025 mit.
Weitere Portfolio-Aufgaben werden während der HC-Kurse als Aufgaben zum jeweiligen Thema vor Ort durchgeführt.
