Dear students,
In the context of the educational framework agreement between Novartis and the University of Basel, Novartis has sent us a list of 16 potential Master thesis projects – mostly for Q1 2027.

Please note that this is a list of broad topics and some may be more tailored to students of other fields. However, I’m making the full list available to you, as I think you know best, where your strengths and interests lie.
If you are interested in a particular project, please get in contact with the respective supervisor listed on the project description.
If you reach an agreement with the Novartis supervisor, you will need to get in touch with a potential internal supervisor / assessor from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. There will be more projects in due time, in case Q1 2027 is too early for you.
Please note, that these are Master projects and not paid internships. You will not receive a salary for completing these projects.
